The Advocates tab on the Admin panel has been revamped with new features to help you manage your Advocates more efficiently. The following sections outline the key updates and how to use them.

 

 

Navigating the Advocates Tab

The Advocates tab has been redesigned for ease of use. You can invite nominees, search for Advocates, and manage your list efficiently.

 

Invite Nominees

At the top of the tab, you can access the Nominees page by clicking the "Invite Nominees" option.

Search for Advocates

Below the nominees section, there is a search functionality that allows you to find Advocates by any of their profile details.

Import and Export Advocates

Import new Advocates via CSV by clicking the "Import Advocates CSV" button, and export the current list of Advocates by clicking the "Export table CSV" button.

Filter and Sort Advocates

Modify the filters to display different subsets of your Advocates. Changes to the filters will be reflected in the list below and in the exported CSV file.

Manage Advocates Per Page and Sorting

Change the number of Advocates displayed per page with the "Show number of rows" filter on the right, and click the column headers to change the sorting of the Advocates on the tab.

Profile Management Tools

The icons on the right of the Advocate’s row allow you to send the Advocate a message, access their full profile, or edit their profile.

Advocate Profile Preview

Click anywhere else on the Advocate’s row to display a profile preview, which includes all Advocate’s information including notes and custom fields. This preview allows you to perform actions such as locking or perking the Advocate, sending them messages, and adjusting points without leaving the Advocates tab.
