Part 1: Send AdvocateHub emails from your domain
To have emails from AdvocateHub come from your company's email address, you'll need to grant Influitive permission to use your email domain by adding SPF and DKIM records to your domain's DNS records. Follow the steps below to ensure optimal email deliverability and open rates.

Ask your company's IT Team to add SPF and DKIM records to your email domain
Refer to the Improving Email Deliverability - SPF and DKIM Setup Guide for instructions. You can also send them the example email provided.
What is my email domain?
Your email domain is the part of your email address that follows the @ symbol. For example, the email domain for support@influitive.com is influitive.com. -
Add the email sender as an Administrator in AdvocateHub
The email address used as the sender must be an Administrator in AdvocateHub. If it's a group email/mailing list, add it as an Administrator using the guide: Adding Administrators to AdvocateHub.

Choose the Default Sender
Select an Email Sender for system emails like notifications and password resets. On the General Email Settings page, choose the administrator to be the Email Sender and click Update email sender. Optionally, set the sender name as your program's name.
What if I can't get SPF and DKIM added to my email domain?
If unable to configure SPF and DKIM, opt to send emails from your AdvocateHub's email.influitive.com address by selecting "Encountering deliverability problems?"
After configuring, send test invitations to various email addresses to ensure proper setup.
Part 2: Configuring your company's address (for CASL compliance)
To comply with GDPR and CASL, add your company's physical address in the email footer. Learn more about CASL. Enter the address in the field box and click Update Footer to apply it to all emails from your program.
The address will appear in the footer, as shown below without the "Fit content to edges of container" option.
