PostBeyond has introduced a new 'Privacy' section, allowing users to manage their activity history and comply with GDPR regulations. Users can view, download their activity history, deactivate, or permanently delete their PostBeyond account, ensuring full control over their personal data within the platform.

Users can now access the 'Privacy' section within the platform to ensure transparency and control over their activity history in PostBeyond. This initiative is part of our commitment to GDPR compliance. To access the Privacy section, users can click on their name in the top-right corner of the platform. A drop-down menu will appear with a 'Privacy' option.
Actions in the 'Privacy' Section
Within the 'Privacy' section, users have several options:
- Review Terms and Conditions of Use
- View their PostBeyond activity history
- Download their PostBeyond activity history
- Deactivate their PostBeyond account
- Delete their account and all associated activity history, which is irreversible

Choose this option if you want to view PostBeyond's Terms of Use .
Viewing Your PostBeyond Activity History
Users can view their entire PostBeyond activity history from the Privacy section by clicking on the bar labeled 'View personal data'.
After clicking on the bar, the user's personal activity history will be displayed. Please note that it may take a few moments for the information to load as the file is being generated.
Downloading Your PostBeyond Activity History
Users can download their activity history by clicking 'Download personal data'.
This file will download as a .json file, which can be opened with any text editor.
Deactivating Your PostBeyond Account
If users wish to deactivate their account, which archives their accounts without deleting their data, they can do so from the 'Privacy' page. To deactivate an account, users should click 'Deactivate account.'
Users will then be prompted to enter their password to confirm their deactivation request:
After entering their password and clicking 'Continue,' users will be deactivated and logged out of the platform.
Deleting Your PostBeyond Account
If you would like to delete your PostBeyond account and all related data, you can do so from the 'Privacy' page. To begin the deletion process, click 'Delete account.'
You will be prompted to enter your password to confirm your deletion request:
After entering your password and clicking 'Continue,' your account will be permanently deleted, and you will be logged out of the platform. Note: Once an account is deleted, there is no way to restore the information as it is permanently removed from our database.
