Manual Challenge Completion
If an advocate has completed an activity tied to a challenge in your Hub, you can manually mark the challenge as complete on their behalf. This ensures that their efforts are recognized and counted toward the goals of your advocacy program.
On any challenge, you’ll see a candidate's tab.
Click on that tab to see a list of all the people who are eligible to complete that challenge.
Find the person who completed the task, click on the pencil beside their name, and click Mark Completed.
They’ll get a notification saying they completed a challenge and this activity will be logged in your reports.
