Learn how to enable or disable likes and comments on posts within the content library for internal viewing. This feature can be toggled on or off for any piece of content at any time.

 

NOTE: If you do not see this feature when creating posts, it indicates that the feature is not enabled for your account. Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to have this feature added to your instance.

 

 

How to Enable/Disable Likes and Comments

Likes and Comments can be enabled or disabled when creating or editing a post from the Administrator side of the platform. This option is found at the bottom of the page.

 

 

These functions can be enabled or disabled at any time and on a post-by-post basis. When they are disabled, the ability to like and comment is removed from the post and becomes no longer visible to users.

 

How to Delete a User's Comments

If you are an Administrator, you have the authority to remove any user's comments on a post within the user interface of the platform. To do this, navigate to the desired post and proceed to the Comment section located at the bottom of the post. Here, you will find the comments associated with that post. By clicking on the pencil icon adjacent to the user's name, you will be presented with an option to delete the comment.
