Information
Want to change the group of many users at once? You do not have to submit a request to your Customer Success Manager (CSM); you can simply complete the following action on your own, anytime.
Navigation
In the Admin panel, navigate to 'Team' > 'Users'.
Regrouping Users
Click the 'Regroup Users' button at the top of the Users page:
Then download the sample CSV to prepare the file for bulk regrouping of users:
The sample CSV contains 2 columns:
- Group IDs
Under Email, add the email of the user you wish to move. Under Group ID, add the group ID found on the group page. Ensure that users in multiple groups have their group IDs separated by a colon [:] with no spaces.
IMPORTANT: If you are moving users to a new group but they should remain in other groups, include all existing groups in the Group IDs column. Otherwise, the user will be removed from all other groups and only be in the new group.
Group IDs can be found by going to the Admin panel > 'Team' > 'Groups'.
After preparing your document, save it as a CSV file.
When submitting the CSV, you will be prompted to type REGROUP as a confirmation of the changes you wish to make:
And that's it! The changes may take a few minutes to reflect, so be sure to check back. The larger the CSV, the longer the update may take.
