Below are the instructions for logging activities and awarding points to multiple advocates simultaneously.

 

 

Bulk Activity Logging

As Support Specialists, we understand the importance of recognizing advocates' contributions. The new batch action for logging activities is designed to simplify this process.

 

Step 1

Navigate to the Advocates tab. Use the selection checkboxes to choose the group of Advocates you wish to award.

Step 2

After selecting the advocates, click the “Actions” drop-down menu and choose “Log Activity”.

Step 3

Fill out the activity details, including the activity name, notes for the activity, the amount of points to award, and the date of the activity.

Step 4

Click the "Log Activity" button to finalize and award the points to the selected group of advocates.
