The bulk locking feature is a response to user requests for managing multiple Advocates at once. It is particularly useful for locking out Advocates who are leaving their companies or to prevent malicious access. The following section outlines the steps to use this new feature.
Using the Bulk Lock Feature
On the Advocates tab, all Advocates have checkboxes for multi-Advocate-selection. Check the box of any Advocates you wish to lock, click the Actions dropdown, and click Lock Advocates. You’ll be asked to confirm the action, so if you’re sure you want to proceed, click Lock.
Those Advocates are now locked! The new Notification Center at the top of your page provides details on the state of this action, and other actions you’ve recently taken as an Admin.

Why would I need to lock multiple Advocates at once?
Locking multiple Advocates is useful when several Advocates are leaving their companies, or you need to prevent malicious users from accessing your Hub.
What happens after I lock an Advocate?
Once locked, the Advocates will no longer have access to your AdvocateHub. You can unlock them at any time if their access needs to be reinstated.
How do I know if the bulk lock action was successful?
The Notification Center at the top of your page will provide details on the state of the bulk lock action, as well as other recent admin actions.
