Follow these steps to create a G2 challenge that automatically verifies the publication of a review on G2 and awards points to the participants accordingly.

 

Creating the Challenge

Begin by navigating to Challenges > Add a Challenge > Blank Challenge. Add a G2 Review stage to your challenge as shown below.

Input the Stage Name, Points, and Stage Description. Note that a stage description is required to save the challenge.

Step 1: Link to G2

In the Link to G2 section, paste the URL for your product's review page on G2, replacing [product_name] with your actual product name. For example: https://www.g2.com/products/influitive-influitive/take_survey. If you have a G2 contributor link with an associated reward, use that link instead.

Step 2: Customize the Preview

Click Load to view the preview of the link. You can customize the Preview Title, Description, and select the image to display.

Step 3: Finalize and Publish

Set the Challenge's Targeting, then Save, Preview, and Publish the challenge. The challenge will automatically complete and award points when a user's review is published on G2.

Additional Steps

If additional checks are needed after the review is published, follow the instructions on Corporate Workflow to make challenges contingent upon review approval by G2.
