Authentication

To enable Influitive to communicate with Klaviyo's API, generate a new API key in Klaviyo under Account Settings > API Keys. Input your Public API key and the Private key you generated into the Influitive integration page for Klaviyo to authenticate and access various integration points.

 

Profile Data Sync

The Profile Data Sync allows for bi-directional synchronization of profile fields between Influitive and Klaviyo. Select a Klaviyo List to import contacts into Influitive and set up field mappings with sync options such as One Time Pull, Continual Push, Continual Pull, and Bi-directional Sync. These sync operations run every 2 minutes.

 

Groups & Lists Sync

Sync Influitive groups with Klaviyo's Lists to maintain segmentation and marketing campaign alignment. Match Influitive groups with Klaviyo Lists to push updates every 2 minutes. Note that only group additions are synced, not removals.

 

Event & Metrics Sync

Sync Klaviyo Metrics with Influitive to award points for events. Metrics are synced every 2 minutes, including historical data. Custom events in Influitive will appear as shown below.

 

Push Events
