Information
What is an Interaction? (for Admins)
An interaction occurs when someone in your social media network—such as a follower, friend, or connection—engages with content you've shared. This engagement can take various forms, including likes, favorites, shares, retweets, replies, comments, or clicks on links.
Within the dashboard, you can view the total number of interactions on all posts your team has shared via PostBeyond. For instance, in the past 30 days, there have been 27 interactions with the content posted by the team. The interactions that a post receives within the first two days after publication are tracked and collected.
You can adjust the time frame for the metrics displayed by selecting a different period from the top right corner of the dashboard.
