Follow these steps to assist a member with resetting their password, either by sending them a reset email or providing a direct reset link.
Accessing the Member's Profile
Visit the member's Profile. You can access their full profile by searching for them in the Advocates Tab.
Once in their profile, click "Edit". This will bring up the Edit Advocate pop-up.
Sending a Password Reset Email
At the bottom of the Edit Advocate pop-up, select Forgot Password to automatically send a password reset email to the hub member.
Generating a Password Reset Link
Alternatively, you can choose Generate a Password Reset Link to create a link that you can manually give to your hub member. Click to copy the link.
